WTB : 9', 2oz sweet spot, spinner

Hi there,
looking for a plugging rod with the afore mentioned characteristics. Just can't pack such a rod for the flight, and it will probably stay in the US when I leave :smash:
I love nice rods but will not break the bank on this one :fury:
Will be in Portsmouth RI after the 10th of July.
