CC Nat Seashore. Any luck?
Heading to Eastham house for the next week. Anybody having luck there?
|
ok, I'm in Eastham. Anybody having luck fishing on the National Seashore? Today is my birthday, so my wife tells me I can do what I want...so I'm going fishing.

dont know if you noticed, but there is a TINY bit of a breeze today......:wall:
happy birthday anyway |
Thx! Yes I did notice, I was just at the beach on the bay side. I don't fish around here, what does the wind have to do with it around here?? Does the wind shut it down here?

Had a great morning on the Oceanside Seashore beach starting at 5a.m. Lots of fish from 14-30" on flies till about 8a.m. Lots of small herring balls moving along the beach and sitting in the holes as the tide dropped out 2" and smaller were their size.Hickory shad were mixed in and alot of fun with the flyrod.Seals were around but they were munching on skates for breakfast so they were not an issue. It should be the same tomorrow:uhuh:

Stop in at Goose Hummock (high end tackle store) just off the Orleans Route 6 rotary... they have current intel on what's happening...
