...And since they posted that video online and on the evening news with the guy "bragging" about it, I would love to see the follow up story of the idiot getting a visit from the EPA and EPO to hand him a nice fine for harassing wildlife, not to mention a citation/fine for the boat owner for allowing this stupid POS to do this and film it.
