RI lobster regs question
 

I have been all over the web and can not find the answer so any help or guidance would be awesome.

I was wondering what the regulations on lobster fishing in RI were. Someone had told me that you can have up to 6 pots in the water with out a license, I am finding this hard to believe, and i am looking for some info on it.
