Fish ID Please

My brother snapped this picture while snorkeling. Looks like another fish that may be too far north?

Looks like a banded rudder fish. Not too uncommon in the deep summer. Can find them offshore and inshore around structure.

I think it is a banded rudder fish also, we had them around the dock last August, the kids netted a few of them

sergeant major, they come in every year around this time

They make great live bait too. Give them a try you'll love it. Just attach a baloon or larfe bobber to slow them down.Very hardy bait.
