Rape indictment gets offender probation again
 

Not again as if it were this persons second offense, but again in Massachusetts, someone else charged with rape gets "closely monitored probation".

On Martha's Vineyard this rich kid rapes a house guest and he gets indicted, which generally meanbs your going to jail. But rcih kid hires Kevin Reddington and he gets the charge reduced and the rapist agrees to pay over $6000.00 in retsituation. Judge Moriarty should be proud as should the Dukes County District Attorney's Office for negotiating that finding. Supposedly the perp is a relative of "Judy Blume" so-called famous person. This is really such a shame.

Obviously it has been construed as consensual rape
where he consented to rape her...

and the powers to be wonder why? people riot...
