What kind of spider is this? Found it in my yard. Is is dangerous?

Need to look out for browns and wolfs. That's neither. Pretty sure it's a harmless scary looking spider.

Common garden spider

harmless but creepy looking:spidey:

Throw a grasshopper or something in the web....cool to watch.

gardeners friend= yellow stripes

wolf spiders eat the brown recluse spider (very bad)
that get in your house... those you shouldn't harm
as they perform an important service
