I like this guys how to's. I do swordfish simiarly but I use dill in the mayo mix. coating with the mayo mix also helps keep it moist while grilling.

I like the referral to a 40 lb bluefish! :) Imagine!

Yeah I heard that too he's koo koo:jump1:,not a big fan of eatin blues.
My Mother inlaw loves them.

They are good smoked. And I remember a while back you said smoking them was bad for my health. You confused me for a minute when you said it. Lol

I heard the hardest part of smoking them is getting them to stay lit.
