My Weekend Plans
 

My wife is out of town this weekend, so a friend and I had planned to to the South Cape, Poponneset, Oregon tour this weekend looking for our first bass/blues of the year.

Between the slow start/low water temps and the oil spill, I'm not optimistic.

Can anyone tell me anything to make me beleive we have a shot at fish there this weekend?

I'm starting to think it might be best to either put it off for a weekend or try the West Wall. :confused:

Jeez, I was hoping for a least one, "You're sure to get a couple fish, there's been sporadic action", type messages. Guess the start to the season is even worse than I thought.

The lack of positive feedback is not increasing my optimism. I'm still 50/50, though.....I want to catch fish but I also just want to get out there. It's been a long, LONG winter.:wall:
