replacing wood decking with the new fangled Azek plastic decking up in Sunapee... then back to Mass on Sunday to hold down the fort...

kenny Chesney concert 2 night @ the Razor...moved from Sunday due to some nasty tempered witch named Irene.

Satruday.. I think I''ll make a big bowl of popcorn and a pitcher of iced tea, maybe bring the grill and a few steaks and set up small shop @ the local boat ramp... I'll be selling batteries ( D cell mostly) flash lights... bread, milk and bottled ( straight from the Merrimack) water for those hysterical people that waited for the last minute)( all the while keeping close tabs on the tax revenue so I can do my share to pay for "tax 'em all Duval's" dinner with the pres.)... when I run out of "wares" I might have a few seats( for sale) for the "show" as the dock crashers commence...

Sunday.. wait for armegedden with a good book and a bottle of scotch...I've got a bottle of Johnny Walker black saved for the ocassion.

all kidding aside... get ready for vacation and hope i dont spend it removing one of the several big @$$ pine trees from my house and or garage...

whatever everyone does this week end .. be safe.

Spending tonight with the bride and the boy for his birthday. Working Sat til Sun and watching some wild weather Sun.

Freshwater/Saltwater fishing marathon tonight from 6-12. Yard work tomorrow, then hunkering down.

That should be a GREAT show! I've never seen him, but a friend of mine did and said it was one of the best shows he's seen in a while.

I'm planning on doing a whole bunch of looting.

Tonight ZZ Top concert at MGM, tomorrow prep the boat for the storm, Sat. Night & Sunday ride out the storm at home, its supposed to go right over us. :wall:

putting the boat in after work tonight see if we can wrestle up some prestorm bass.

Sunday hoping Flo's will be open for the storm. Nothing like watching the storm from the deck at Flos.

I'm thinking of swimming over to the center wall, less crowded.

20 years ago, the day after Hurricane Bob myself and 2 friends hit the rubble bar at Deep Hole and crushed bass. We we getting our a$$es kicked with the size of the waves but it was amazing fishing. You could actually see the bass in the waves chasing silversided and sand eels.
I will hit the surf just as soon as the storm passes. Getting too old to think about doing it so this may be my last chance at fishing after a hurricane.

The Bride works Saturdays, so I'll be with the boys. Sunday we'll watch it all unfold as I pack for a business trip to Colorado Monday. If all goes according to plan, I won't be able to get out of Logan in time to make the meetings and have to cancel/postpone the trip...then I'll be fishing..LOL!!

Fish tonight and slay them,watch race Sat. night and then pull the cord on the generator to keep beer cold and drink heavily.

Hopefully............won't have to pump or vacuum the water out of the basement.

Leaving work in a few and going to pick up some eels, then going to a wake, then fishing later tonight. Tomorrow I have the funeral, then putting away all my pool stuff and outdoor furniture. Maybe mow the lawn if it's not raining. Sunday I think we're going to a hurricane party if the roads are driveable. Other than that, I'm just hoping that we don't lose power for an extended period of time.

Plans canceled due to storm, I'll be buttoning up stuff around here
tomorrow, then if I have time I will be getting the truck and camper ready for 2 months of drive on surf fishing at PI

I am hoping I don't lose any of the 120' pine trees in my yard

First Fenway trip tonight (yea yea, I want to see the team that the Phillies are going to beat in the WS), fishing tomorrow, then hunkering down.

Sitting in the middle of buzzards bay with my blow up raft.. and bottom fishing..

was thinking about going to the canal tonight,what is the latest will the beach still be open.was just watching the news ,cape cod is closing evac asap,its going to be a ZOO
