hello, im looking for a cheap plug spinner to get started with, not sure what exactly i need but please let me know what you have, pics, price, location etc! thanks..

Walmart? for the parts? i looked for plans but couldnt find anything, i may be able to build something but i need plans or something, not much of a creative type that can build without some.

Price, not sure, cheaper the better, but depends on the spinner, i would like to keep it under fifty but i dont know if thats reasonable.. i was told i could build it for under twenty-five but not sure what i would need..
