I've always had high regard for the Tigers club. My freshman year in college I roomed with a kid who's dad was a scout for the Tigers. We stayed friends for many years after leaving school but we have since lost touch. Skip was a really interesting guy to talk to and I could go on and on about stories he told that captivated my attention. Skip passed to early but i remember him fondly and he was always good to me. His father lived to a 102 and was a scout in MLB for over 60 years and he to could tell story after story of MLB legends that he knew. Go Tigers!
