tackle shop
lots of police there today
Somebody was probably disgruntled. It happens.
Which shop are ya talking about?
Might help if we knew? Otherwise...why bother??
Fore River
Quincy Fore River
Really??? Have to watch the news??? I thought they were a bobble shop now???
Quincy - most likely a drunk and disorderly customer or owner that had to be tased.
mabe a brake in?
Maybe an arrest because it is a crime to combine a jewelery store and bobble shop with a bait and tackle shop.:rotf2:

I was able to get out and take a ride to my marina which is up the street from Ricks place.
Went around the rotary and it looked like he was open for business and nothing happened, though I did not go inside. Haven't been the place much since he started selling the other stuff. Got to agree with some other comments, Pretty strange combination selling smelly bait, tackle, and jewelery from Thailand :screwy: |
Just a couple of people outside the shop, arguing.. Nothing to do with the shop
Maybe the "crispy-cremes" were running up river?
the word is bauble - a bobble is something you float an earthworm under
Rick's wife is Thai and he goes there for the winter and brings stuff back. As you may be aware, it is tough making a living in the tackle store biz in the off season - that's why Ron at Sportsmen's Den has expanded into darts, skate sharpening and firearms. Rick pulls his tackle store sign down wintertime and puts up the "Thai bobbles" sign up until spring. Good to hear he had nothing to do with the police enforcement action |
