Honking Winds and Crashing Waves

Holy moly were the winds whipping at WH this afternoon. I found a sheltered point and perched out on a rock ledge for a couple of hours and dropped two good fish one which bent my clip. Both were within 10 ft of me and spit hooks. I hooked into 3 more and landed those. They ranged in size from 28-34" and were fun to catch in such rough seas. They hit a popper. It was too rough to take pics and I didn't want to chance dunking my iPhone. Best 2 hours I've had in the suds from shore in years. I got the fever again! Thanks to GregW here for selling me that Tica. I love it! And come to think of it the reel is a Penn that I bought from someone here to! Can't remember who though. Thanks though, the reel is working great.
