Another member (and I do mean member) had this stolen from his vehicle. It looks serious, please if anyone sees this be sure to let me know asap. I sure hope no harm comes to this poor defenseless lure. Please do not contact the authorities, perhaps a ransom note will appear soon.

First I have seen of this particular situation but there is a lot of historical info and general data out there that indicates even successful resolution leads to an increase of "borderline to criminal" behaviors such as crime, drug use, and streaking along paved waterways.

Definitely one of those "Time is of the Essence" scenarios.
