Emergency Alert System: Why US is doing first national test now - CSMonitor.com
It was a complete and total failure on WZLX in Boston. There were several activation tones and then 2-3 mixed signals totally unintelligible. I believe they cut it off because it sounded so bad. Curious if anyone else heard it if you could understand it? |
