cap'n andy's, goo-goo eyes, gibbs, driftwood, rapala, makati?

The blue and brown swimmers in the middle look like Gibbs---GTS 3, missing the middle hooks. But I don't see an empty swivel hanging down

Cap'n Andys usually have a skin groove cut behind the head.

The plastic popper could be a "Big O". The minnow swimmer has a huge lip and looks like it'll dredge a channel if used in shallow water.

The jointed Mack is is a Captain Andy's, the lower right is a Goo-Goo Eye swimmer, behind that looks like a Driftwood surfster, Makati Darter??, the long lip plastic looks like a Rapala Magnum.
The 2 that look like GTS 3's could be Cap'n Bills, I have one at home but forget what it is

Thanks

I took a look at my fishin' wall last night and realized that I only had one metal lipped swimmer.

I did a few searches on that auction site and came up with that lot above.

I figured it is time in my young age to at least start a collection or maybe fish with a few.

Are these lures antiques?

Should I be fishing with them?

What would be a fair price for em'?

Thanks so much for your replies in advance and I apologize for so many questions.

Tightlines,

that top one in black is a coastal lure. i got a couple lots of plugs from the same seller. it is a nifty swimmer and i expect good things from it. came in a small plastic bag and has a metal lip on teh underside of plug like a rapala design.
does anyone have info on "coastal lures" ?

Stroth 05-08-2003 06:54 AM

cool

cool

my biggest concern right now is whether i can actually fish these plugs or if they'll be better off in a 'collection'. The capt. andy is going to be tough to fish with.....i would be upset if I lost it.

Zem do you mind me asking what you paid? Yes, I check my pms???

Stroth 05-12-2003 04:26 PM

Well i got the package today. They are as I expected them to be. Pretty cool.

Does anyone know anyway I can identify them. There are no names or identifying markers????????
