Small tile saw
 

Ryobi wet tile saw. Used this for one bathroom and don't think I'll be doing much in the future. Works great...

Believe it's the same as this one.

3/4 HP 7 in. Wet Tile Saw-WS721 at The Home Depot

But comes with a folding stand.
