 Looking out at ice right now It's just a film. The clam & cold has allowed it to build clear across Country Pond in Kingston NH where I live.. Usually can get out before the New Year on a few inches - just enough to catch a pickerel in the shallows, didn't look good at first, now I think we are on track again. Jon |

 A few days in the low-mid 20s and we'll have plenty of ice. |

 Fished open water today on a small pond thats usually frozen by now. Only ice I saw was in my guides. Am thinking end of january for safe ice. |

 If it can stay cold for a couple of days will be walking on it before the new year. |
