Slip updating, but the character of the house & lot 16500sf with its location =updated its a easy $300,000

In comparasion =I sold a standard rR/R last night, with only a lot size of 4037sf , the houses are so close together =they look like row houses == yet is sold for $215,000 , because its in Cumberland //& all the Mass. people have really driven up the prices, this Victorian would sell easily as is in the northern part of the state for $300,000 as is
