Fisherman and scientists want more study. Really? Or maybe not? Closing 40% of Stellwagen for 10 years is being proposed as the way to do it. Some areas to selected gear, some areas to "all fishing gear". Certainly will put the politicians in a pickle. Which way do you think it will go?
