Any plugbuilders or person that does cabinet work or fine sanding have any interest in this machine?

H2936 28" x 39" Downdraft Table

Pick up only. I'm on Eastern Long Island. Lightly used. Looking to get $400. It's a heavy machine, about 250lbs.
