Vineyard Sound???? Scup???
 

I have to ask! Has anyone done anything in the Sound yet? Went hard this weekend with nothing to show for it, and haven't heard any reports yet. Despite the oil spill, things are happening in Buzzard's Bay big time - but reports from the Sound has been conspicuously absent.

Also - any news of any scup yet? I read Charley Soares report in the Fall River Herald that a few were being caught at the railroad bridge in Portsmouth. Any independent confirmation?

They are in the sound now and starting to build up in the usually places. I was catching keepers last Sunday and marking up to 52.4 on the fish finder.

I've been poking around in the sound a couple of times with live herring and I couldn't buy a fish wearing stripes (or a bluefish)
