Channel lock and Crescent tools.

Check your local Home Depots. Some great was/now pricing on most of the tools.
10" fencing tool was 23.98 now 13.00.
9" iron workers plier was 22.98 now 13.00
9.5" crimping tool was 19.96 now 10.00
10" adjustable wrench was 14.96 now 8.00.
Vise grip 3pk was 31.47 now 20.00.

Some great deals on quality tools.

Anyone need anything, let me know

There is also always a 10% off lowes coupon that you can use at homies in the change of address envelope at the post office.

10% Military discount at Lowes too.

HD accepts military discount as well.

The last time I saw a big reduction in HD prices by manufacturer was when Delta refused to sell them any more stationary machines. Maybe Channel lock has done something strange.

Most, not all of their line has been replaced with Milwaukee Brand hand tools.

I don't remember Milwaukee making hand tools before. But then again, Rigid didn't make power tools for carpenters before Homeys bought them. Do you suppose they will buy and decrease the quality of every manufacturer?

Good golly, I hate Home Depot, not the people who work there, but the corporation.

There are a few american made tools. I couldn't find any info on it when I looked them up. One of the beauties of Pennsylvania is the farm auction. Almost all of my tools are older american made stuff that can be had for dirt cheap at auction. If I am going to buy china stuff from homies, it is only if I need it right away.
