Nothing like the first grilled striper

Here's my favorite way to cook striper, easy and yummy. Double up on foil that's a good 4 inches longer than your two steaks. Lay them down on the foil and add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Turn the filets over and do the same to the other side. Slice butter pats and put them over the filet every couple inches or so, then cover with lemon slices. Put another layer of double foil over the top and then roll all 4 edges over several times to seal it good. Preheat the grille, then turn to low placing the fish on the grille with the cover closed. Flip the fish with something to protect your hands every five minutes. I do 10 minutes a side for most stakes, 8 if it's smaller or 15 on a bigger fish, experiment until you get the fish flaking but moist. Have some lemon wedges ready for dinner, corn on the cob, a nice salad and oh yeah baby. Enjoyed the first one tonight and it was sooooo good.
