Fishing was tough, 12+ trawlers working the area didn't seem to leave much in their wake. We worked the waters from 100 - 350ft, drift was 1.5m/hr due to the current/winds. Marked a few small schools... |

Hate to say it but I told you so about the trawlers. :fury: |
How can any groundfish survive a dozen trawlers working an area ? The things that make you go hmmm.
|
took a peek at my boat sunday...its dirty. its coming out this weekend. clean top to bottom buff/wax. Then i have a new radar arch, new stereo, new vhf/antenna, and a new fishfinder.....lots to do! hoping to have it all done in time for the gom 4/15 cod opener
