WTB 150 qt cooler
Doesn't have to be brand new, just something cheap $ and functional for dragging ice from my house to the boat.
|
costco or bjs
|
Yeah I saw the big white one in COSTCO a couple weeks ago. Don't remember the exact price, but i want to say it was around $70.

I am amazed how far fetched the claims are on this cooler. Manufacturer claims it keeps ice for full 7 days, I go to west Texas and granted the temps there are over 108 degrees but when we ran out of 140 pounds of ice in 2 days I did have a problem. To top that the front latches both broke and the cooler on one trip to the desert looked like it was 2 years old. I got it in July this year and after having it for 3 weeks its going back to Sams for a full refund. I guess it might do well in the winter when its 38 degrees outside, but then who will need ice in the winter times except to keep your game cold ..... |
BJ's. I grabbed 2 last year. Good deal for what you want.

Walmart usually has a similar deal sometime in the spring. Just figured I would throw this out here and maybe someone had one they don't need. I go through 1 a year. They only carry ice from home to marina and ice goes in Bonar box on boat. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

Check Walmart, the one by me had them in the clearance section last weekend. Chris |

BJ's has 150 qt for $50. saw them yesterday.
The hinges on them SUCK. break immediately. I used old fire hose to replace them last year. much better. The big 150 qt coolers are good cause you can actually fit supa cows into them, but once you fill them with fish and or ice, good luck moving them, especially gettin out of the truck. I have to use my ramps to unload them by myself....... |
