Narragansett Bay temp as reported by local news
|
soon o yea
|
got my license today
both actually, at the westboro wildlife office
i am watching the temps closely thinking tomorrow and the next day might increase it a degree or two with temps like these ...not seen since 1896 we'll have snook up here soon :rotf2: |
If there is an early start since the temps. are up, I hope it doesn't mean a prolonged summer doldrums because the temps. are way up then. I would rather it not be so extreme.
There is no spring anymore, goes right from winter to summer the no fall either. not good imo |
i'm planting tomatoes outside in March
who woulda thunk it... not me |

if you have prolonged summer doldrums down your way..you know where you can go..:uhuh: |
I heard just yesterday they were catching bass in jersey. Hard to believe but I think this summer (if the trend holds) we could have a exotic summer...I want to catch king mac's again!
When I first moved up here a big tarpon washed up on the beach...and YFT were within 5 miles of the beach....now only if we can get gas back down to 2 bucks. |
seems like we didn't have a winter, just a long fall. Had a tick on me a week ago and I was swarmed by mosquitos when I was digging a fire pit 2 nights ago
|
Those fish in Jersey are still there from the Fall run. Who knows? Maybe they will just stay there all year, like our "migratory" Canadian Geese.
