Recon In Flight
 

Came back from Savannah today, with the second leg out of Newark. Window seat, starboard side. Great viewing of the whole coast. NewYork Harbor, up Hells Gate, the Sound, Montauk and Fishers Island, then Block, Point Judith, Cuttyhunk, the Vineyard, Elizabeths, CC Bay, Ptown, Stellwagen,and then swung directly over my local islands and saw my truck in the driveway! Boy, there is a LOT of shoreline I have not seen to personally fish, or am even familiar with to identify. FWIW, I did not see any draggers on the bank. Had me thinking of Sandman's calendars. How great it would be to study and record that whole route at a lower altitude and slower speed....

Even better, get T White as our pilot on whatever equipment he would choose..... I can't think of a better combination of pilot/fisherman, can you?
