How to Catch Sand Eels

Any thoughts on good way to catch sand eels?

Buy a rake and find a sand bar. Rake away in a sandy area at low tide for best results.

how deep do you need to rake?

They should be near the surface of the sand. Kinda of like grooming the sand.
