"Only the dead have seen the end of war," Plato famously said. I disagree, and prefer this epitaph: "With this we reflect on the past, share with the present, and educate ourselves for the future." Rest in Peace Brothers.

Always such a sad day when the holiday hits so close to home.

To all of my fallen brothers, you are not forgotten today or any of the other 364 days. You are true heroes. We miss you.
