New Block Island Ferry to Set Sail Soon | WPRI.com

There will soon be a new way to get to Block Island. Fall River Mayor Will Flanagan has announced that ferry service will run from the city to the island.

Can't wait to see how this turns out. Saves me an hour drive to pt. Judith.

The irony here is that the article says that its an hour drive to go all the way to point judith and that this implies that you will save time or something if you live near fall river and want to go to block island..

That ferry ride is going to take all friggen day :rotfl:
