Any idea where I can get a rigging needle?

Are you talking a rigging needle for eels? If yes

Cut the straight sectipn off a coat hanger. Hammer one end plat for about 1/2 an inch. drill a hole in the flattened section , using sandpaper or a grainding wheel , grind the other end to a sharp tip. In fact , it can be too sharp. You want it to go through the eels inner canal , not through the meet so say medium sharp.
