I'm not exactly sure

But what I do know is, the bass that hit this combo and sent it airborne as I tried to reel it in was an absolute beast!

I will never forget the sight and sound.

Kibby killer!..:).. dont you know it is Illeagal to use striped bass babies for bait... Seriously...

sometimes i think they are trying to steal the eel... but other times there is no doubt.. they are kibby killers eating their own...

It's not the first time I've had a kibby get blasted either. Those poor micros can't even trust their own mothers.

What it actualy is all about is very large fish trying to eat the small ones.. it's happend to both of us recently...multiple times..

There's a picture on the board at Red Top of a large bass laying on the ground with it's stomach slit open and a small bloody bass laying there next to it. Bass stuffed bass.....

I caught that in the picture. 44 incher with a 22 incher in its gut. The little bass hadn't even started to digest when the bigger bass ate a 9" magic swimmer.
