Getting rid of kid for the week Preparing and sending our wonderful child off to Scout Camp for a week.

So what's up for the weekend?

Week-long vacation in Jamestown starts tomorrow. Beach, fish, eat, cliff jumping....I wish i could leave now. :smash:

Local tournament 1600-1400 with band and block party afterwards. Last one for the organizers after twenty years. Nephews want to give it a go....so they're going to see what fishing at night is all about. They asked what time we would be coming in tonight. You should have seen the look on their faces....

prepping to take the wife to cutty few a few days, show her around thr island during the day and fish at night :) while she sleeps.

Getting on the water with my soon-to-be 6 year-old, probably trolling tube & worm along the backside of Fishers Island, then a little fluking.

Starting a week's staycation, fishing, golf, yard work and big party next weekend for the girlfriends 85 year old mom. Hope to fill a good part of the freezer with black sea bass during the week to start to stock up for the winter.

When he gets older you can do what we did....Sent him to Scout Camp for 8 weeks :happy: .....he's gone til the week before school starts.

I got a lot of work to do around the house this weekend...gonna sneak in some fishing Sunday morning in the Yak w/ RP24 around Thatchers Island

Hoping to get out for some fluking. Sometime I forget how good of a time bottom fishing and drinking can be.

Sat - graduation party for one of my good buddies (Elmo) daughter, who is off to college next year.

Sun - boating/fishing before I have to bring her in for 20 hr Yamaham service (on 27 hrs now).

Birthday party for the little one, then try to do some fishing on Sunday.

Tomorrow return crappy grill to Costco and watch Jack
Sunday put together new grill get ready for the big party next Saturday.

Getting my chit together after feeling crappy for the last six or seven weeks.
Go fishing Monday without any of the crowds.
Get some Lipinski's corn for me and Decaf(Squidkidsdad), thats what I call him. Finsh wrapping or I should say rewrapping a 1205 I did over.

Final Proof Read and edit of book project (for the umpteenth time).

Friday work. Recover from 400meters of walking lunges and hand stand push ups. Trying to catch an incoming tonight late.

Sat. No plans. But I have to get in an 8 mile run sat or Sunday. Aside from that have the day off.

Sun. Hopefully Pulling on some ground fish :)

Home Depot had some nice grills regularly listing for $399 for $199.

Not much. Got a new position at work so im on call every other weekend. This is the other weekend. Havent hit the surf in 4 weeks now. Not cool at all. So its chilling at home and eating the wicked cheap lobsters i have been hearing about.

Met a guy in the Irvine CA airport Thursday morning from Toronto. he says lobsters are so cheap in Canada that he's paying $3.99 a pound CA for them.

Sat- going through stuff and cleaning up. With any luck it will be time to move soon. Fishing Sat. Night with a friend.

Sun- school work.

I got a Kitchenaid from Sears that started at $800, that I got for $540 with tax (pretty good).

Costco gave me all the money back for the old grill...awesome!
