Tiverton help

Hi,

We're going to be staying in Tiverton next weekend for a wedding. Any info. on the area might be helpful. I'm very familiar w/Newport and will be going there for a few days next month so if there is anything to do in Tiverton, I'd just as soon stay there. I'm hoping I can get away to go fishing Friday night.

PM me info. if you would like.

Thanks for the help!

Go to Grinnels beach and walk out to the jetty. Fish the current....

Bring a pogy-snagger (if that type of fishing interests you)...stop @the Boat-House dock....chances are, you'll get a few. Been a school hanging around those parts....take the fresh chunks+egg sinker & drift them thru above mentioned current.

...and like mafia-man said, there's always fish to be caught at Horseneck Beach, bring your wrap around sun-glasses if you go with your wife......but make sure to post em'...because, :nopics:

Plenty of places to fish, I'll see if I can remember them :fury:

I'd take a few minutes and climb up to the Fort Barton lookout. Great view...

Other than there there's not a lot going on here.

Is Buddy's Pub still around in North Tiverton? Used to live down the street from that back in '88.....used to take the walk up the street for a few few pops once in awhile.
