Hey VAN STAAL READ THIS!!!!!!!
Hey Van Staal,
You've had my reel for 8 weeks just to service it!! And you don't return voice mail messages. You promise to call people the very next day and never do!!! Your customer service stinks!!! All you people do is PASS THE BUCK AND BS PEOPLE!!!!! When am I getting my reel back????? It's ashame I have to embarrass a company into a response because they DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!:af: :af: :af: |
I called the company 1-1/2 mo ago about carring their reels in my shop and they have not returned my calls either.:smash:

van stalled
Hey Louie,
I read somewhere that Van Stall was sold. Don't know what that means for you but i am sorry to hear youy are having problems with them. I feel fortunate. I am a sucker for expensive, should be quality, gear. I almost bought a VS but, after seeing them fail , i couldn't do it. Luckily Penn finally got their act together (they were sold recently as well) and designed the "slammer". I have three and they DON"T break. Good luck Lou. |
