Advice on fishing the Haba in September

I was thinking of doing some kayak fishing in Boston Harbor in September, either the second or last weekend of the month. The best weekend (I think) is the third, but the tides aren't right for
kayak fishing where I'm going. What do people think; would I be better off going the second or fourth week?

Go whenever you get the chance....kayak opens it up a little so you don't have to be so tide dependent.

Yeah, some places can't be accessed when its low....but if you are in boston harbor you should be able to find someplace to fish
