How to Fish a Bill Hurley
 

Sand eel from a boat. I strickly surf fish but my buddy just got a boat and has been fishing the boston harbor. I advised him to try the bill hurly sand eels but I never told him how to fish them.
any advise on best way to fish a bill hurley sand eel from a boat??

Depends on the conditions and where the fish are. Anything from ripping on the top to verticle jigging and in between.
