Crafty Angler ? Geez I just mentioned him in the music forum last nite, that an album he sent me a few years ago I listen to often and that he has been missing in the forum for a long, long time. Hope nutin serious.

One of our fellow members, Chuck Vietry (Crafty Angler), has some serious health concerns that have required very substantial medical costs.
Komes Rozes, owner of Flo's Restaurant across from First Beach and a good friend of Chuck is hosting a fundraiser to help him with his medical expenses. It will be held on Monday, September 24th at Flo's in Middletown from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
Flo's will be offering a large Buffet including chowder,clam cakes, and a roast beef dinner. Cost is $35 per ticket, all proceeds including a cash bar and several raffles and door prizes will benefit Chuck.

Chuck is very sick. Not sure he wants it broadcast but it is life threatening.
He has significant health cost and being self employed all these years, I don't think he has full coverage.

I'm gonna try and get out of Louden first thing Monday morning so Jane and I should be able to make it.If not then a hefty donation will be sent!

I would not have even have known this myself if I had not walked into Flo's yesterday.

good idea! maybe we can run some auctions here with sunshines blessing. we always seem to do well with these auctions to help one of our own here. whata you guys think. great time to sell some gear with the fall run right around the corner.

Side note - Raffle - If someone can organize and run the meat of it with my assistance, we will absolutely do a benefit raffle for Chuck. I will start an ideas thread later today. By all mean please continue to support the Flo's night out. We'll work out something additional, afterward.

I have been wondering where the old fart has been..... Hope he recovers from what ails him currently. One of the original good guys that defined the quality of men and women that would be active participants here.
