Yellow eyed bastage got me!
 

Well it finally happened, it was an epic day of blitzes of Albies and snappers in woods hole. After catching multiple blues, they were in there thick. I got a nice Albie, more blues, and then another Albie. Another pod of Albies came close to where I was, then I hooked up on a little snapper, 8" on a good day. I had my pliers, but was like I'll just grab it.. No biggie, I took my eyes off him for a split second to see the incoming Albie pod, then "chomp", right down on the underside of my right ring finger!
Holy crap... Man did it bleed, it was crazy. Thank god it didn't have any weight to it, or I'd a lost a finger. I got top and bottom teeth, and it looks like a little piranha bit me.. Lesson learned!

Go buy some betadine to clean out the wound. It is the brown liquid soap used in the ER. And some Crazyglue. I got filleted open by one four years ago and carry these two items in all my first aid kits now.

i got nipped last year, went to boga a big blue, took it jumped a little took a good amoutn of skin off my knuckles. it really sucks
