Maybe a hunter? Not sure what he'd be doing in that area, but I saw a hunter walking down route 106 with his gun over his shoulder on Saturday and he was in a residential/business area on the W. Bridgewater/Easton line.

So a guy with a rifle is spotted in the area so they evacuate everyone outside into possible view of the rifleman?
I didn't read the article so I'm probably off base. |

I have more guns than I have hair and I'm no more likely to shoot someone than the man in the moon. My ammo is kept locked in a different room from my weapons. Weapons are locked.
We have shoots in my back field all the time. We had one 3 weeks ago and probably went through 500 pistol rounds. Sanity. That's what is required. I still say. Put an armed security officer in every school and we will not have a problem anymore. |
Let the panic begin. This is right up there with the guy that was hunted by police for having a rifle sticking out of his backpack - but the "rifle" was actually an umbrella.
I refuse to live in fear. As Ben Franklin once said, "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." |

I find it hard to believe that something like this happens in New Jersey with any frequency though. I mean, NJ has quite strict gun laws and severely limits the possession of guns by NJ residents. As such, NJ's strong gun laws should result in exceptionally low gun-crimes, no?:smash: |

Same exact spot a few months ago the son of an elderly women who would stop by to check on her every day after work was shot in the head, another unsolved one! But don't worry the President has a plan, just like the one that got us out of the recession this past 4 years....into a depression. |

Right, not sure about the Seekonk guy, but we used to hunt behind Trucchis in W Bridgewater, and some guy would park in their lot and walk into the fields, not sure if this was the case down there. We had the deer moving saturday... |

The local school equivalent of Air Marshals. Having gone to school in a potentially dangerous place (school had frequent threats) it was comforting knowing the MPs were just a couple blocks away |
