Cod/ haddock charter Sat. May 4th 2013
 

Hi all, I booked a Saturday this year so it is easier for many to go.

A 12 hour marathon trip on the Northern Star with Gaurons fishing fleet

Saturday May 4th ( 1/4 moon ) 6 am to 6 pm for Cod, Haddock, etc.

Trip is limited to 28 spots at $ 100 per spot. Tips and fish cleaning is not included.

I have about 10 spots available if anyone is interested please post here.

Saturday is much better for me. Let me ask Brad if he wants to go. You coming ice fishing this year?

no he doesn't. Dave has been running this trip for quite awhile. just a bunch of guys having a good time catching some fish.

No I don't.
I just like to fish and meet new people or fish with others that I have for years. Good times.

:yak5::yak5:Regs are in development right now and will be completed by the end of Feb. I would predict no more and probably less than 5 Gulf of Maine Haddock per day and the same for Cod...if we get that many. Pollock and Redfish :yak5::yak5::yak6: will make up most trips I think

It's not going to make much of a difference what the regs are with the draggers still out on Stellwagen taking what little is left.
For me it's a 38-40 mile run from Boston in the spring to where the haddock were last year.
@ $4.00 + a gal for diesel, no thanks :wall:
