I have never called Microsoft, however when working for a PC repair company geek squad called,I had the privlage of fixing what they couldn't was awesome, they actually cut us a check.

Its amazing where people skimp on the $ and cry when stuff breaks, sometimes the expect magic when there is none to be had.
There are way to many cheap solutions out there for back up and redundancy now a days for people to not explore or engage these options. My empathy level has steadily decreased over the last year. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
