Anyone fishing holdovers?

Is anyone taking advantage of this "heatwave" and getting a line wet. Thinking I might go give my newly finished plug a bath tonight and get the line wet a little. Anyone had any luck in the usual holdover spots?

Upon further inspection of the impending torrential rain and 20+ mph wind scheduled for tonight, maybe I'll just fill up the tub instead....lol

Fished CT today for trout. Drove by a couple spots on the CT river and saw TONS of ice still in the current. Everywhere we tried was still pretty frozen over. Still a warm day outside in January... not bad
