I'm seeing that word "historic" thrown around again... its early, I know, but I can't be cooped up in my house for another 2 days... especially because in this case there really IS nowhere to put whatever else falls...

BigBo 02-11-2013 04:08 PM

Can't stop it, so what can you do?

niko 02-11-2013 04:15 PM

SB WeatherBabe Bill! What's the Scoop?

The CT governor just stated there are some models showing the possibility of a big storm. In my opinion even a small storm can be a big deal. I live in a small dead end and any more snow will lock us in.

Friday

according to NY & C T stations Wed. night to Thur. Morn. 2 to 4 inches. Just what we need after last week. The bright side, we won't be low on ground water this spring.

stripermaineiac 02-11-2013 06:24 PM

That's in addition to the one that's supposed to come in over the weekend

Ugh... and I have to leave to work in Vegas on Sunday. I really hope this storm doesn't screw me.

It's shifting EAST!!!

piemma 02-12-2013 03:49 AM

Just pushed our trip up a day because of Wednesday nights impending snow. No vacation in 2 years so I am going to Florida. I am leaving no matter what.

Striperman36- I was wondering what site you used to get the forecast map? I'm a weather nut myself especially since I live in a rural area with little or no services. Ron

striperman36 02-12-2013 09:44 AM

that site is WeatherBell - Joe Bastardi's subscription site.

http://www.americanwx.com/ is pretty good too, 10 dollar a year subscription
