Carpal Tunnel

Any body got any tips on how to manage this. I know I gotta get set up with a doc but any over the counter braces etc. you have had success with would be appreciated.

I take tri flex comfort blend from GNC and chondroitin/glucosamine triple strength from walmart twice daily.Hands and wrists started feeling better within days.

Thank you I was looking Into the chondroiton/glucosamine as that was helpful when I was in the gym a lot thanks again for your input

When mine gets bad, I put the braces on just about 24/7 until it gets better, usually a few days to a week... So, was it the shovel or the snowblower? :devil2: When mine gets bad, I can't sleep very well. I'm a "side sleeper"... I sleep on one side until half my arm gets numb and wakes me up... roll over, repeat....:mad:
