TFCTFN - Storm Update
 

As of now the forecast has rain with a slight chance of snow in the vicinity of the VFW Hall.

I need to know if people that were in are not going or on the fence due to weather. I would like to keep it going but it people are going to stay home due to weather we might need to reschedule. Please chime in on this thread so we can make the call - thanks!

I'm planning on being there. I'm still waiting to hear if my ride's wife will let him outside in the precipitation. If not, I'll figure something out.

I am in. I think I'll lose the room (which is $90) if I don't show up.

I'm going to make the call day of. If it looks like it's pretty snotty, going to stay put up here & not drive home in the slop.

ProfessorM or tysdad115, would i possibly be able to get a ride from one of u if there is room in your vehicle? my dad might not be able to go because of him really hurting his back

Snow slated to start ramping up here around 6pm.... Not sure about the rain/snow line as yet, so driving back that distance into either 2" or 8" is not in the cards for me, given that I have a number of places to keep clear of snow. Sucks for me.

Dan I usually pick everyone up in Pembroke and head out from there, Ill have 5 in the truck I take, if I can fit one more I will let you know.

Like Mike said might be worth it for all the people who have to travel a distance. It would be a shame if all couldn't enjoy it but having an open date may not be available.

Danny if I drive you can come but not sure if I am driving. I may be hooking a ride with someone so not sure yet.

If we reschedule we might not be able to Redo until April - what are people's thoughts on that?

Plus we have CSA guys, PISC show, and Jersey stuff going on.

Mikey's likely not going. I can try to dump my room tomorrow, but my experience with trying to get a room credit is poor to awful with cancelling on such short notice.

You guys want to call it, then call it. There's already a lot of people who say that they can't make it.

The real one that you guys should talk to is RST...will the VFW re-book?

It would probably need to be in April.

Let me know ASAP and I'll try to call the seaport before the 24 hour window tomorrow.

Ok - we are calling it due to weather - I'll call the VFW tomorrow to reschedule -,Rick pm me some dates that work for you. If they give you a hard time on the room let me know.

It is only going to be rain until early Sunday morning. I would have waited until Friday 5;00pm forecast. All those nice trucks you guys own what a waste.
