weight clips question

hey all....what do you call those weight clips with the line through plastic clip attached so the fish doesnt feel your weight when biting and taking off with your bait. Is there an official name?
i bought some yesterday and a friend told me he uses them specifically for slingin eels and that they work like MAGIC.Just wondering...and Mikecc at M&D's, i take it you have these in stock ...YES? thanks... Raven

ahhh hah

thanks Mr Macey...as i thought thats what everyone was refering to when mentioning fish finders....and were not speaking about electronic fish finders...so i thought to clear up the mystery
and you have done just that. Appreciated!... trying to convert myself from the: i'm strictly a plugger mentality. :kewl:

That's what I've been using for years now, when chunking bait.. and I use that with steel leaders...

Just bought a new trolling motor battery $70.00 :laughs: and it sure looks like a fine day to go fishing....instead of all that sinus pressure headache crapola... chargin it up now ...prolly just go locally to an underwater forest i call "hell hole" aka (a1)(STUMP pond) as you get stuck on top of trees...sometimes , which is maddening ...but the freshwater bass
are 10lbs and up....tons of em .... which is fun.:D

fish finders work great for holding bait near hole when the current gets going.. fish don't feel a thing;) swear by them.....I also use them with eels... never had a problem... keeps them from wandering too far from the intended spot of choice.......:D
