Clamming spots?

Where are the better places/towns to get a non-res liscence for digging quohogs. I prefer to dig on the flats vs. wading.

I had a liscence for Duxbury but they wont let you over the bridge in the summer season.

On the Cape, the cheapest non-resident license I know of is Falmouth's. Used to be $50, then it went up to $75 a few years ago. Haven't checked lately. By law, towns can charge non-residents up to 5 times the cost of a resident license---and for the most part, they do.

The most expensive that I know of is Bourne's, at $175.
